New Year's Day: ☀︎

Hello everyone, this is Saori from LFC.

How did you spend your New Year's Day?

Some of you may have spent a relaxing time at home, some of you may have gone back home or traveled, and some of you may have been working regardless of the year-end and New Year holidays.

Ten days have already passed since the New Year, the New Year's festivities have passed, and we are gradually returning to our normal lives.

When holidays are followed by holidays, it is easy to lose the rhythm of life, such as staying up late or going home or traveling to a different bedtime or waking up at a different time than usual.

Irregular life seems to cause disturbances in the autonomic nervous system, resulting in lethargy, headaches, and a variety of other symptoms.

Therefore, they seem to be more prone to physical problems after the vacations.

To regulate the autonomic nervous system, we recommend stretching and light exercise, not to mention a regular lifestyle.

Also, if you have any aches or pains due to active travel during the year-end and New Year holidays, or if you have any unusual pains, please contact us (^^).
