LFC has an American patient from Alabama!

Hello everyone, I am Kawamitsu, Director of LFC.

Today I will tell you about the symptoms of an American patient.

The patient is from Albany, Alabama, USA.

He developed back pain 8 years ago, apparently due to the fact that he is constantly carrying heavy objects at work.

Bending forward or backward seems to aggravate the pain. Incidentally, bending the body sideways or twisting does not aggravate the pain.

According to the doctor, DJD (Degenerative Joint Disease) is a condition in which lumbar vertebrae No. 3 and 4 deteriorate due to aging. The space between lumbar vertebrae No. 5 and the sacrum is also said to be affected, but in this case, it seemed that No. 3 and No. 4 were the most common cause.

Although he is only 32 years old when it comes to aging, any kind of impact or continuous stress can cause the joints to age. In his case, it seems that he has developed this pattern due to his heavy lifting job.

The muscle test is mainly used in the examination, and it still responds to lumbar vertebrae 3 and 4.

Therefore, we first adjusted the distortion of the entire body, loosened the muscles, and then corrected the distortion of #3 and #4.

After that, I asked him to try bending forward and backward, and he said, "Obviously, the pain has decreased!" I was delighted.

I am scheduled to see him again on November 18 and will check on his lumbar spine at that time.
