Today, I would like to write about "breathing".

Do not underestimate it!!!!     The importance of breathing ☜

I'm sure that many of you have been aware of the many benefits of "deep breathing".

Relaxation of muscular tension...The parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominant, and excessive tension in the whole body is easily released.

Stabilization of the body (spine)... The transversus abdominis muscle and other muscles that stabilize the body work to increase the stability of the body and spine.

Improved posture...The diaphragm muscle works to improve the movement of the thoracic vertebrae and posture.

I have included breathing exercises for you to do when you have time!

You may have thought about it before...
But did you know that "deep breathing" comes with many benefits?

Here are just a few:.
- Relieves muscle tension
Deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to release excessive tension throughout the body.
- Stabilizes the core (spine)
It engages core-stabilizing muscles such as the transverse abdominis, which increases stability of the spine and core.
- Improves posture
When the diaphragm is properly engaged, it enhances movement in the thoracic spine (mid-back), contributing to better posture.

I've included a simple breathing exercise below, so feel free to try it out when you have some time!
