Today I would like to share with you some butt stretches to reset the day's fatigue before going to bed 🍑.
Stiffness in the buttocks, which does not have obvious symptoms like stiffness in the neck and shoulders or back pain, is often overlooked.

In addition, the gluteus maximus, the large muscle of the buttocks, connects the pelvis to the femur (leg bone).
The gluteal muscles play an important role in stabilizing the pelvis in its proper position, but when these buttock muscles become tight
It becomes impossible to maintain stability, causing distortion of the pelvis, poor posture, back pain, blood and lymphatic circulation to the lower body, swelling, cold, and various other ailments.
Stretching the buttocks exercises large muscles, which warms it up and improves metabolism!

◆①Stretch
(1) Stand on both knees (2) Place one calf on the opposite knee (3) Tilt in the direction of the leg on top
(Stretch the sides of the buttocks as far as you feel comfortable, being conscious of stretching the sides of the buttocks.)
◆② Stretch
(1) Stand on both knees (2) Place one calf on the other knee.
(3) Pass your hand between your legs and hold the one who is straight down in your lap as if you were hugging him or her.
(4) Pull it toward your own stomach with a gulp.
(Be aware that the bottom of the hips should be extended.)
If it is stiff and painful, try it for about 5 seconds first. As you do it more times.
