heatstroke fatigue

Hello everyone, this is Saori from LFC staff.

Recently, it has become much hotter during the daytime and air conditioning is needed in the car and indoors.

Also, as the weather gets hotter over the summer, the difference in temperature between the hot outdoors and the air-conditioned interior of a car or indoor space can be quite extreme.

The autonomic nervous system tends to be disturbed when the temperature difference between cold and warm becomes severe, and symptoms such as physical fatigue and lethargy are likely to occur.

Preventive measures include light exercise, stretching, and soaking in a hot tub to warm the body.

If you have any other symptoms besides tiredness and lethargy that concern you, please contact us.

I am sure it is going to get even hotter from now on, but please take care of yourselves.
