Adjustment practice!

Hello everyone, this is Roy from LFC staff.

Side postures (hip adjustments) are practiced with a futon tied and rolled up with string and duct tape as shown in the picture!

Every day, when I do not have a patient appointment, I practice about 60 times on each side. I used to practice 30 times before, but recently I have doubled the amount of practice, and I feel that the success rate of adjustment has increased.

We will continue to practice in the future.
